The Role The Part-Time Warehouse Associate at Nabis is responsible for a wide variety of important functions such as picking, packing, inventory and quality assurance. This is a critical role, and we are looking for reliable, dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team and help our company grow!
Responsibilities:Assist in loading and unloading product into vansPicking and packing ordersVerifying and preparing ordersProduct intake assistanceWarehouse organizationPaperwork, printing, labeling - METRC & DispatchInventory cycle countsOccasional communication with brands/clientsGeneral assistance of Operations ManagersRequirements:
Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experienceAbility to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twistMust be comfortable using ladders and loading/unloading from top shelvesAbility to pass pre-employment background checkAbility to work occasional evening/weekend shiftsCannabis experience is a plusClean driving recordBasic math skillsMust be at least 21 years of age or olderExceptional customer service skillsExcellent judgment and work ethicProfessionalism, patience, and process-driven approachAdaptability, low-ego and high attention to detailCan-do attitude and team playerProfessional appearanceTech savviness
