JOB DESCRIPTION:Configure/customize the ServiceNow system, including: creating workflowsBuild service requests from customer requirementsUse scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create script to automate rote tasks being done in ServiceNowWork with IT managers to generate views and reports as neededPerform system and integration testing with sample and live data, and monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the applicationWork individually and as part of a teamUtilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environmentTrain and mentor junior members of the teamREQUIRED SKILLS:
JavaScriptExcellent troubleshooting skillsSelf-motivated and willing to independently learn new technologies and skillsStrong desire to learn and grow8570 Compliance with IAM level 1 is required** You must have TS/SCI Clearance for this position **** A POLYGRAPH is required for this position **
