This individual will support the development of AI solutions and work closely with our team of data scientists to create and deploy machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and NLP technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate data scientist to work on projects that deliver real business value to our clients, including federal agencies and commercial sectors.Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Lead digital transformation initiatives, applying expertise in generative AI, NLP, and ML to build human-centered data solutions across various sectors.MLOps Management:

Oversee the entire MLOps lifecycle, including use case identification, data preprocessing, algorithm design, model implementation, and continuous monitoring.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with LOBs, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand data-specific needs and identify opportunities to implement AI/ML solutions that align with business goals.AI Workflow Development:

Develop and implement predictive models using advanced AI and ML techniques, focusing on automation, decision-making insights, and advanced forecasting for complex problem-solving.Data Engineering & Cloud Services:

Utilize a comprehensive tech stack, including Python, Java, SQL Databases, Databricks, Docker, Azure, and AWS, to develop scalable data engineering solutions and manage cloud data analytics tools.Predictive Analytics & Model Building:

Build complex AI systems using a wide array of algorithms (e.g., linear and logistic regression, time series forecasting, decision trees). Lead the automation of document processes and pattern recognition using ML/NLP.Data Analysis & Conversion:

Analyze legacy data systems and develop strategies for data transformation, migration mapping, and optimization to ensure seamless integration with modern data environments.Technical Documentation:

Create and maintain in-depth technical documentation, including data transformation workflows, migration mapping logic, and data analysis methodologies to support AI/ML model implementation.Visualization & Reporting:

Translate complex analytical models into rich data visualizations (e.g., Tableau) for non-technical audiences, providing insights that drive informed decision-making.Agile Practices:

Actively participate in Agile processes, including unit testing, sprint planning, story estimation, and retrospectives to drive iterative development and project success.Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Master’s degree in Data Science or related field (or equivalent) with 7+ years of experience in data science, AI, and digital transformation.AI & Cloud Expertise:

Extensive experience with AI and cloud data analytics tools (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI Services) and proficiency in a broad tech stack, including Python, Java, SQL Databases, Databricks, and Docker.Advanced ML/NLP Skills:

Proven track record in building and implementing AI/ML models to automate complex processes, perform advanced prediction, and support digital transformation.MLOps Proficiency:

Expertise in managing the full MLOps lifecycle, from model development to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.Data Engineering & Analysis:

Strong background in data engineering, cloud services, and developing custom models for varied use cases, including lead scoring, targeted segmentation, and A/B testing.Communication & Leadership:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex information to diverse stakeholders, promoting a collaborative approach to AI/ML adoption.Public Trust Clearance:

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Remote Work:
