Contracts Administrator II based
in Louisville, Colorado.
This role will support the federal government Contracts group through the entire contract life cycle from proposals to project closeout for all of federal/state contracts, commercial contracts, service contracts and subcontracts. The role will also assist in the proposal development process. This is a critical role for the company and requires a highly dedicated, skilled, and organized individual.
Your Impact...
Federal Contract Administration (70%)•Support the entire portfolio of federal level contracts.•Maintain accurate records of contract deliverables and contract correspondences.•Prepare and process standard contract related documents and reports.•Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute standard contracts in compliance with federal and state regulations as well as industry best practices and procedures.•Draft, review, and/or negotiate program subcontracts, including RFPs.•Manage process to track reporting of Subcontractor audit reports.•Perform administrative tasks such as compilation of binders and tracking files.
Proposals (20%)•Support proposal initiatives, including review of U.S. Government solicitations to ensure compliance, preparation of certifications, review of proposal cost/pricing, and provide general guidance.
Business Contract Administration (10%)•Draft, review, and/or negotiate Agreements including NDAs, MoUs, TAs, Licensing Agreements, and Sales Orders.•Ad hoc reports and projects as necessary.Skills & Requirements•BS/BA in a related field plus 2 or more years related experience (2 years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education).•Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.•Experience in the Aerospace Industry preferred.•Understanding of contract terms and conditions.•Knowledge of FAR, DFARs, ITAR, Export Regulations.•Business and Financial acumen preferred.•Ability to apply knowledge and skills to current routine tasks.•Ability to prioritize and effectively manage a variety of contract actions.•Solid verbal and written communication skills.•Proficiency with MS Office Tools including Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel.Qualifications
