Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team. This is a ground floor opportunity to drive new business by acquiring gaming and non-gaming app marketers in North America and LATAM (User Acquisition and Re-Engagement). This role will report to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from customer identification to prospecting to closing new deals.
Present Aarki's programmatic solutions to key decision makers at mobile app companies, large consumer brands, and media agencies.
Secure new business contracts and successfully launch new customers.
Leverage our marketing resources (content, event, ABM) to close business and drive awareness for the brand.
Attend key industry events and conferences. Self-starter; operates independently and is able to balance long-term growth with short-term efforts to drive aggressive growth for the company in the region.
Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising.
Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals through a deep understanding of Aarki's suite of solutions.
Skills & Experience:
3-5+ years of sales experience in programmatic advertising; experience with mobile DSPs, User Acquisition and Retargeting a big plus.
Strong knowledge of mobile marketing techniques and technologies (user acquisition, re-targeting, DSPs, ad networks, exchange, SSPs, SKAN, attribution, etc).
Established network of relationships with app marketers or media agencies across the Americas region.
A strategic consultative seller; well researched about customers, genuinely curious about their business challenges and is able to bridge the gap between customer need and Aarki's resources (products, people, etc.).
Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills, and experience operating across several levels of an organization.
Builder mindset; this is not just an AE role. This is the opportunity to 10X a business. We're looking for someone who is inspired by that challenge.
Works well with internal stakeholders across CS, product, and marketing.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Location: United States. Candidates will be considered from all major U.S. markets, including but not limited to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Denver.
Compensation:
The total compensation for this role is between $135,000 - $250,000. This salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation for this position. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
