Job Location: Windham, ME pay is $17.00 - $18.50/hr

Goodwill NNE's programs include workforce training programs, 22 group homes that support adults with disabilities, community supports for adults with disabilities, AmeriCorps programs, and business-cleaning services. Job Summary:
The shift supervisor position is an important part of the store leadership team. In this role you will work closely with the Store Management team by lending a hand in areas like customer service, merchandising, hiring, and the day-to-day operations that make our stores run.
Our Shift supervisors help drive the business through their leadership skills and actively connects with both associates and customers. Shift supervisors should be trustworthy and reliable to help the store achieve their sales goals. The shift supervisor helps lead a team of associates to ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful as well as opening and closing routines being completed, all while keeping the customer at the center of everything we do.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1 year experience in retail leadership role preferredAbility to work weekends, nights, and holidaysComputer literacy to help with job dutiesHigh school diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalentA criminal background check that meets agency standardsValid Driver's License with a safe driving record and insurance meeting agency standardsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
