to join our team at our association,

Millennium Tower , in San Francisco.

Job Responsibilities:Ensure that everyone is greeted with the utmost expression of gracious hospitalityEnsure the timely delivery of luggages, packages, groceries, etc.Always be available to partner with Concierges and Door HostsRemain in assigned post position, maintaining correct stance. Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests entering the lobby or calling the associationMaintain clear passage of the car drop off area and sidewalks into the buildingSecure taxicabs for Residents and GuestsSupport Valet in assisting Residents and Guests into and out of their vehiclesAssist Residents and Guests with the loading and unloading of packages and luggage into and out of their vehiclesAssure safety and security of all luggage and packagesMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all timesCommunicate politely and clearly, both in person and over the phonePossess a working knowledge of the Association's rules, policies, and proceduresBe familiar with the Association's amenities and surroundings to assist residents and guests effectively

Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and guestsAddress inquiries and concerns promptly and efficientlyAssist residents and guests with information about the Association's amenities and services

Teamwork:Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operationsBe flexible and ready to assist with tasks not strictly related to the job description when necessaryQualifications / Requirements:

Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screeningA minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Luxury hotel or luxury property management experience preferredPolished and professional presentation and demeanorStrong verbal and written communication>

Millennium Tower Perks:

100% Employer Paid Health Benefits for individual + familyCompetitive salary + annual bonus ranging from $7,000 to $20,000Uniforms + dry cleaning services401(k) + company matchPaid time off + holiday pay

$21 - $22 an hour

Compensation:

$21.00- $22.00 Per Hour + Holiday Bonus & Annual Bonus anywhere from $7,000 to $20,000.

Schedule:

5 Days Per Week; 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM and/ or 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM; Consecutive Days Off
