We are searching for a

Microsoft

Excel

Specialist

for our in-house marketing team. We seek an energetic, confident and driven professional to help us in our overall marketing efforts. The position requires an ability to communicate effectively both verbally and via email with internal staff as well as external suppliers, vendors and partners and will work closely with all members of the marketing team.

Responsibilities of the

include, but are not limited to:Provide administrative support for e-commerce platforms and sales operations, including order processing, customer service inquiries, and sales data analysisProvide support with Google AdWords and Google Analytics in creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns, produce end of month reports on important metrics, including traffic, conversions, and ROI; collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase online visibility and engagementUse Photoshop & Illustrator for editing and enhancing product line photos to improve quality and achieve desired effects, and collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop visual concepts and campaignsCollaborate with Marketing and other professionals to coordinate marketing efforts and brand awarenessCreate and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and databases for over 40 brand linesDevelop Excel reports to streamline data analysis processes and product managementHandle multiple manufacturer pricing updates throughout the year, comparing new price files with old price files and current item database to spot new additionsIdentify data cleanup / missing data that needs to be populated to keep the product catalog as up to date as possibleCreate and build product descriptions using raw data, concatenation and Meta Data for image and product titlesUse formulas to adjust pricing based on profit marginsAnalyze data sets and generate insights using Excel functions and formulasCollaborate with team to understand data requirements and provide Excel solutionsTrain colleagues on Excel best practices and techniquesProduct pricing market analysis - Research products from various brand lines to compare our pricing vs competitor pricingProvide general support to our Marketing DepartmentQualifications of the

include, but are not limited to:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macrosStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accuratelyProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design applications is a plus - Candidates that demonstrate expertise in photo editing, retouching, and graphic design are preferredExcellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written, verbal communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and complete tasks under time pressure whennecessary

Basics Adobe Creative Suite® knowledge a plusExperience with other Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint as well as Google SheetsDesire to be part of a marketing team with room to grow and branch out to other areas that assist the sales team
