RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage distributor and customer relationships in assigned region.
- Increase sales and profit margins with assigned accounts.
- Responsible to implement Corporate Sales Strategy and keeping CRM update for assigned accounts.
- Review lost opportunities to provide feedback to manage for pricing, product, service/support, and sales strategy.
- Submit a monthly report to consist of target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training.
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and current for team.
- Responsible for setting sales goals, including new business targets and objectives for the assigned account
- Develop and implementation of respective sales plans.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Controls experience.
- Willingness to learn hydraulics and mobile hydraulics.
- 3-years minimum of sales experience selling an engineered product.
