Provide comprehensive support to defense litigation attorneys in case preparation and management.Draft and file essential legal documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance.Prepare and manage discovery materials, including e-Discovery and document redaction processes.Conduct background searches and assist in vetting expert witnesses to ensure case integrity.Ensure meticulous time entry and billing practices.Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times, contributing to a secure work environment.Required Skills

A minimum of 4 years of defense litigation experience is required for this fast-paced role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.Familiarity with trial presentation software, specifically Trial Director.Knowledge of CaseMap, TextMap, and TimeMap is advantageous.Experience with legal research tools such as WestLaw, Lexis/Nexis, and Accurint.Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple cases concurrently.Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance defense litigation as a paralegal for a minimum of 4 years.An Associate’s degree or higher in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred.Professional appearance and demeanor with exceptional organizational skills.Career Growth Opportunities
