Position Summary:

A community bank dedicated to providing personalized banking solutions to small and medium-sized businesses and individuals in Palm Beach and Broward counties is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their team. Their focus is on building long-term relationships and offering a premier level of professional service to their clients. They take pride in their local, responsive service, where decisions are made by financial experts who live and work in the community. As they grow, they are looking for an experienced Commercial Lender to join their team and help support the business needs of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lending clients, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses.

Originate and close loans, including commercial real estate, investment residential real estate, asset-based C&I lines of credit, equipment loans, and condo association loans.

Provide customized SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, in addition to other commercial lending products, with typical loan sizes up to $2MM.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with business clients, delivering personalized service tailored to their financial needs.

Collaborate with a local, professional banking team to provide a seamless customer experience across commercial and residential lending, treasury services, and deposit solutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial lending, preferably within a community bank setting.

In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate, C&I lines of credit, equipment loans, and SBA loan programs.

Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on personalized client service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with the local South Florida business environment is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated, collaborative team.
