Inspects and analyzes data to ensure data integrity. Utilizes strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to collaborate with leadership and provide support on all data needs. Job AccountabilitiesData Visualization, Dashboard Creation, and Report DistributionResponsible for writing complex data queries utilizing multiple databases to create new reports, enhance existing reports, and maintain complex reports. This includes all intraday, ad hoc and scheduled reports to meet business needs.Responsible for database administration and acts as subject matter expert on database systems.Create visual dashboards that express data for both technical and non-technical stakeholders so that complex data sets are organized into meaningful and actionable insights for the organization.Develops information tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries to monitor and improve business performance.Circulate scheduled and ad hoc reports to meet the business needs.Maintain reporting while reviewing for consistency, functionality, and recommending streamlining or report automation to provide efficiency.Data IntegrityMaintain data integrity and perform frequent quality checksManage existing reports by documenting a description of the data provided, data sources, report frequency, and distribution lists for report recipients.Manage the existing reporting by annually assessing the need for reports and documenting that assessment.Stakeholder CollaborationProvides first level of internal support for report usage or analysis questions.Work with Leadership to understand reporting needs and make reporting or dashboard recommendationsQuickly execute on immediate report requests for executives, regulators, or other line of business leaders.Work directly with Leadership to gather reporting requirements and make reporting recommendations based on analysis of data. Then, create, develop, implement, and distribute data as requested.This colleague is a subject matter expert on contact center data and dashboards and may consult with other contact centers throughout the organization on best practices.EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Banking, Customer Service, Finance, or Sales RequiredExperience2-5 years Data analysis and reporting and SQL with Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Outlook) including VBA programming.
