to apply.In this role, you will help drive advertising for our client’s multi-million dollar brand campaigns. As a Contract Marketing Manager, you play a vital role in developing and executing brand advertising campaigns.To be successful in this position, you must be a strategic and critical thinker, a strong communicator, and an analytical person who can drive results.Responsibilities:

Help to develop, manage, and adjust timelines for key projects, balancing the scope of work with the internal and agency teams’ capacities.Collect all the critical ‘need by’ deliverable or decision dates, and partner effectively with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure everything stays on track, and proactively address any issues that may impact deadlines or deliverables.Help to lead and organize project meetings, ensuring each session has clear objectives, documented outcomes, and defined next steps.Assist in the creative production process for key creative assets, including but not limited to collaborating with our agencies for script development and feedback.Assist in driving collaboration across teams by leading team meetings with key stakeholders.Facilitate internal circulation of campaign elements to collaborate with cross-functional teams (including social, PR, media team, etc.).Work with our agency and internal teams to organize media specs, channel requirements, and best practices for cross-channel deliverables.Help to keep track of versioning, feedback and direction provided to the agency and ensure all inputs provided to the agency are addressed.QA all creative materials and ensure flawless execution of final assets.Coordinate seamless delivery of final assets and launch times to corresponding cross-channel teams.Act as a steward of our brand, making sure creative meets brand and legal guidelines.Drive claims substantiation and network clearance for TV commercials.Initiate purchase order requests and organize all project estimates and invoices to help with billing reconciliation.Skills:

Consumer packaged goods or technology consumer goods experience preferred.Experience in national television advertising desired.Business acumen, strong strategic judgment, and good creative instincts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.Energy and motivation to drive results in a challenging, fast-paced environment.Positive, welcoming, and collaborative.Values diversity and perspectives of the team.Experience with an Inter-Agency Team (IAT) is a plus.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
