Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers an incredible opportunity to work in the fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical projects related to Assisted Living Construction Projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project success.
3. Review and analyze project specifications to determine the scope of work and necessary resources.
4. Prepare comprehensive project schedules, project estimates, and technical and financial reports.
5. Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and building regulations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in Assisted Living Construction Projects.
3. Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical projects.
4. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
5. Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
