RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute targeted recruitment plans for nursing programs, aligning with the university's admissions strategy.Identify and connect with prospective students in nursing-rich areas, guiding them through the admissions process.Manage the nursing enrollment pipeline, moving students from inquiry to enrollment.Provide comprehensive information on admissions, financial aid, programs, and student life to prospective nursing students.Collaborate with admissions and athletics to implement the recruitment plan, events calendar, and assigned activities.Travel to regional and national nursing recruitment events.Build relationships with community colleges, clinics, and high school counselors to strengthen nursing pipelines.Offer one-on-one guidance on applications, financial aid, and scholarships.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (counselors, churches, etc.).Track and report data on nursing recruitment efforts.Conduct engaging campus visits for prospective students (individuals and groups).Seek out and share current campus information from faculty and staff with prospective students.Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or enrollment VP.Promote teamwork and uphold the University's mission in all assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required.
EXPERIENCEPrior successful experience in education, sales, admissions, health care, or recruitment.Experience with private, Catholic, liberal arts education preferred.Knowledge of and/or experience with the college athletic recruitment process preferred.
