AMDEX is seeking a skilled software developer to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. The developer's responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, providing technical support to end users for our web-based applications, improving existing software, and improving technical operational procedures.
Duties And ResponsibilitiesRun and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debuggingAdminister critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.Install/upgrade software products as requiredWrite programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or appearance of company web site and/or related web applications as necessaryRequired Skills:
Strong develop application and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Java Script, jQuery, Node.js and CSS, Cloud AWS, SQL, GitHub EnterpriseExperience in automating tasks using scripted languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or PerlDeveloping and maintaining web services; experience with MVC, WCF and Web APIs preferableExperience designing and maintaining user interfaces (UI) with HTML, JavaScript, CSS; experience workingwith JavaScript libraries such as jQuery, Node.JS, Chart.js, Bootstrap preferable; UI Ajax.Experience developing and maintaining data in relational databases; heavy SQL experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, performance tuning is required.Proficiency in building web applications using ASP.NET Core, including experience with MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture. Experience in developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.Understanding of ASP.NET Core middleware and the ability to implement custom middleware. Knowledge of dependency injection principles and practices in ASP.NET Core. Familiarity with ASP.NET Core security features, including authentication, authorization, and data protection. Proficiency in using Razor syntax for dynamic content generation in views.Proficiency in using jQuery for DOM traversal and manipulationExperience with jQuery event handling for creating interactive user interfaces. Expertise in making asynchronous HTTP requests using jQuery's AJAX methods, and in integrating and customizing jQuery plugins for various functionalitiesExperience in developing responsive web applications using BootstrapProficiency in using Bootstrap's grid system for layout design.Knowledge of Bootstrap components (modals, carousels, navbars, etc.) and customization techniques. Ability to customize Bootstrap themes using CSS and SASS.Preferred Skills:
