No matter where you want to go in your career, you can get there from here Position Title CRM Analyst, Enrollment Services FLSA FT/PT Full Time Hours Per Week 37.5 Work Schedule M-F 9-5 Grade 16 Minimum Compensation General Responsibilities Serves as the subject matter expert for CRM products used in student affairs. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge and expertise in CRM systems tailored for higher education and a proven track record of successfully implementing CRM strategies in a higher education setting. The CRM Analyst will manage the administration, maintenance, and support of primarily the admissions CRM platform. This position will work collaboratively to support the Enrollment Management team and campus partners to provide overall management of the Ellucian CRM Advise and Recruit functionality to include applications, document management, inquiry and prospect data uploads, communication support, event management, user training, and system integrations. Work Performed Internal point of contact for all admissions applications processes. Provide day-to-day oversight and maintenance of admissions CRM. Responsible for assisting with the development of CRM Dashboards and reports. Manages CRM initiatives and analyzes data to inform enrollment strategy and the execution of campaigns. Backup oversight for Advising CRM. Ensures the efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of data sources and information. Serves as a liaison between the IT, Admissions, and Recruiting Teams. Develops and maintains content for the college's credit admissions web site; provides content for other college sites that pertain to admissions applications. Serves on Enrollment Services web team. Partners with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives. Serves as student information system technology point person, in cooperation with the Admissions management team for implementations involving the Enrollment Services. Coordinate testing with Recruiting and Admissions team members. Updates and prepares reports and completes various surveys and reports on enrollment data. Edits and assists with technical development of various college communications for students. Assists with training of enrollment services employees. Maintains confidentiality of records and security of student information in compliance with laws and policies. Assists with special projects and events. Provides administrative support for ensuring that the college is in compliance with all federal and state laws regarding enrollment. Maintains professional memberships: Attends conferences, workshops and meetings of all kinds to acquire up to date knowledge related to enrollment services in the local area, nationally and occasionally, internationally. Attends staff development activities and updates skills as required. Serves on committees as appropriate. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Required Associate's degree Minimum Number of Years Experience Required 2 Other Knowledge Required Bachelor's degree preferred; Admissions, advising, or related setting experience required. Ability to acquire, maintain, and update substantial technical information regarding department of education, state laws and regulations, as well as college policies and procedures is required. Excellent technology skills required, including Windows, MS Office, the Internet and web/portal applications. Experience working with HTML preferred. Prior experience with a student information system required (Ellucian Colleague, Recruit or Advise preferred). Excellent organization and interpersonal skills required, including outstanding customer service skills and the ability to identify, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Working Conditions Extended evening hours during peak periods or in absence of other staff. Fast-paced, intense internal customer service position involving multiple tasks, which must be handled simultaneously under frequently stressful conditions. Substantial organization and attention to detail required. High volume of work. Problem-solving required. Possible eyestrain due to extended time at computer terminal.
