Position Summary:
This person will be responsible for gathering business requirements for a wide range of system and process improvement projects. The analyst will be responsible to meet with stakeholders for requirements gathering and document detailed functional specifications. This analyst will perform configurations for standard SAP solutions as well as work closely with the development team for solutions that cannot be accomplished through standard SAP configurations. The analyst will also be responsible to introduce SAP "best practices" in the areas of WM and MM to the business stakeholders and be responsible with change management as part of rolling these best practices. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the solution matches the requirements. This position will report to the Director SAP.
Essential Functions:
Consults with multiple Business process owners to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of system access. Responsible for gathering business requirements and developing detailed functional specifications Act as direct liaison with the Business and ERP team to ensure system requirements; deadlines and priorities are clear and attained Responsible for providing Standard SAP Solutions that can be achieved by configuration. Develop functional specifications for SAP developers that cannot be accomplished using standard SAP Functionality Develop and execute test cases Configure master data and transactional data in WM and MM module Perform unit and integration testing / documentation preparation Assist with end user training Introduce "best practices" in the areas of WM / MM that can be accomplished using standard SAP configurations Assist in change management Perform technical trouble shooting to resolve production support issues Interactions:

Plans and carries out work assignments and handles problems in accordance with instructions, policies, previous training, or accepted practices in the occupation.Consults with team leader on unique situations which do not have clear precedents Supervisory Duties:
No supervisory responsibility Minimum Qualifications
:
Minimum of five (5) years of proven SAP analysis experience in a ECC6.0 or above environment with at least two full life cycle implementation 5+ years experience analyzing and solving complex system problems as part of the overall SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Supply Chain support process, including: Delivery processing, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, transportation, material staging for manufacturing, intercompany/interplant shipments Bachelor's Degree in related discipline with specialized leadership training and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience and education; Full life cycle development and production support experience Must posses core strength in MM and WM. Knowledge of other modules (SD, PP) is a huge plus. Should have configuration experience with movement types, stock transfers, output determination, handling unit management, GR/IR clearing, warehouse configuration, Strategies, Storage Units, Stock transport orders, Movement types configuration, Physical Inventory and Interface. Experience managing the configuration and development of RF/Mobile warehouse operation solutions. Experience in Consumer Product Good, Retail as well as Food and Distribution is a huge plus. Exposure to Enterprise Warehouse Management solutions such as EWM, Manhattan or Red Praire is a huge plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of logistics execution is a huge plus with focus on configuration experience with movement type, org structure, material master, material valuation, storage unit management, shelf life management, batch management, picking, replenishment, putaway, stock transfers, pre-planning, handling unit, packing, ASN, RF, Mobile data entry Must be able to produce detailed professional functional specifications. Needs to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and execute test cases Knowledge of ABAP is a plus Project management experience is desired Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a multi-tasking, changing environment Self-starter attitude during ramp up to develop an understanding of FreshDirect ERP Implementation in areas of PP, MM, SD and WM with a focus on MM and WM.
