Role-Sr. Devops Engineer- OpenshiftLocation: Dallas, TXJob Type- Fulltime
Project Scope: Administering Openshift and supporting application teams with their deployments on Openshift. It require in-depth skill of Service Mesh.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience with pipeline tools and concepts such as Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, JenkinsAbility to implement build pipelines with BitBucket/GitLab CI/CD for software and infrastructure buildsAbility to create, automate and execute test scripts to perform coverage testing and ensure that every software feature functions as designed using automated test frameworks (eg pytest, Junit)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Agile tools such as Confluence, Jira, GitUnderstanding of Software Design principles, functional programming and Object-Oriented programming paradigmsStrong skills in various software development skills in an Agile environment including design and architecture, implementation, optimization, automated testing, and documentationProfessional experience with Web Development and MicroservicesProfessional experience with Jenkins shared library using any of the Scripting languagesProfessional experience with Docker, Helm and KubernetesProfessional experience Nexus, SonarQube, Twistlock, FortifyExperience working in SAFe framework preferredPrevious in-depth mission planning domainKnowledge of program software design and code preferredKnowledge of GitLab, Ansible Vault, Terraform
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift/AKS) ,Service Mesh, CI/CD - Jenkins Pipeline,Groovy, Shell,Terraform,Ansible,NGINX,AWS - R53, EFS, EC2, Cloud - AWS/Azure/GCP (at least any one of them)
