The successful candidate must have experience in the following: Administrator Roles and Responsibilities: o ACAS o RMF o HBSS o STIG o Self motivated o Team player o 25% travel Requirements Ability to navigate and modify system implementation, inheritance, control sets, system details in eMASS. Experience/familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 Revision 4 implementation guidance to provide test results for assessment procedures in eMASS. Familiarity with DoD, DON, NAVSEA/NAVWAR Instruction and can support production of local policy documentation. Experience working with or performing duties as a Navy Qualified Validator Familiarity with RMF package types and nuances in eMASS workflows (IATT, Assess Only, System Categorization, Security Plan, Security Assessment Plan, etc.) Experience identifying and coordinating with System Sponsors, Program Offices, Program Executive Offices, Security Control Assessors, Package Submitting Officials, and differing Authorization Officials. Expert/Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools to include Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Teams. Expert/Proficient with written/oral communication and can execute daily RMF duties with limited guidance or direction. Experience with: Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cybersecurity testing processes such as Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Evaluate STIG and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scanning. Provide mitigation statements for open vulnerabilities when appropriate and coordinate with JEXC2 engineers/technicians to development mitigation statements when necessary. Monitor configuration management (CM) of system security controls across all types of JEXC2 systems and the upkeep of Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) of each accreditation package. Work with the JEXC2 technical disciplines to ensure security control settings are implemented and tracked properly in hotfixes, patches and maintenance releases. Create and review cybersecurity test plans and work with JEXC2 project Information Systems Security Engineers (ISSEs) to ensure Security Assessment Plans (SAPs) are constructed properly. Conduct cybersecurity assessments on customer components in order to identify vulnerabilities not addressed in standard DoD/DoN compliance methods.
