Role: Senior Designer/Art DirectorLocation: onsite 5 days in Conshohocken, PA (relo package offered)

We're seeking an Art Director to join our client's dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative marketing materials. You'll collaborate with a talented team of creatives to bring ideas to life and ensure that our work aligns with client objectives and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the design of marketing assets, ensuring they meet creative briefs and brand guidelines.Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative direction and concepts.Create visual prototypes (e.g., sketches, storyboards) to illustrate design ideas.Work with writers and other team members to develop creative solutions that address project objectives.Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies, photographers, and videographers.Oversee projects from initial development to final execution, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Contribute to the team's overall performance and embrace a collaborative approach.Be open to feedback and willing to integrate ideas from project managers and client requestors.Partner effectively with creative leadership, account teams, and the business to achieve successful outcomes.Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in web and interactive design.Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.Deep experience in visual design, web and interactive design, photography, and videography.Portfolio that showcases strategic and conceptual design applied across a range of deliverables.Strong sense of visual style: strong layout, typography, and visual design standards.Motion graphics/animation experience a plus.Proven time management and organizational skills.A passion for quality and craft.Please read: Contact from Clutch employees will always come from the domain @clutchnow.com ONLY and we will always provide a phone number where you can contact us.
