As the entry level analyst - This position is responsible for providing front-line support and investigating submitted system and/or application production issues; handling resolution guided by four core steps - intake, mitigate, collaborate, and resolve - to ensure the highest levels of service and system availability are attained. Analyst is responsible for performing troubleshooting/triage of all submitted production issues, identifying scope of impact, implementing mitigation, requesting remediation, establishing the criticality of issues, and submitting qualifying issues for funding consideration. Responsible for collaborating with customers and multiple business and IT areas to provide highest level of customer service and accuracy.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and 1 years of Production Support experience OR 3 years of Production Support experience.Experience with project planning and/or claims processing.Progressive Production Support experience with multiple medium and/or complex project scope in a cross-functional environment.Knowledge of best practices and internal or external business issues to improve products or services.Experience solving complex problems and taking a new perspective using existing solutions.Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Optimized Waterfall, etc).Customer service and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Jenkins, HP ALM OC (Application Lifecycle Management - Quality Center), etc.Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Health insurance industry experience.Proficiency in JIRA & QTest testing tools.Claims processing experience.Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid
This is a Flex position requiring you to come in office 3 days a week with 2 days work from home. Wednesdays are a mandatory in-office day.
