Your Opportunity:Taylor Corporation is launching a company-wide, multi- year, transformational Oracle ERP implementation! If you are a highly skilled, enthusiastic training professional who is creative, tech savvy, process centric, experienced with Oracle Fusion, and ready to support multiple work streams to successfully transition processes, systems, and ways of working, you may be our next ERP System and Process Training Leader! You will be responsible for the design, development and execution of the training strategy and plans across eight critical workstreams. You will play a key direct role in content creation, training effectiveness measurement, building standards, coordination and partnership with business subject matter experts on future state functional process design, and utilizing various training channels and platforms to ensure the successful delivery of technical and process knowledge. Your Responsibilities: Manage and execute a training plan and deliverables that targets and tailors essential content to the right teams at the right time in the most effective format Develop comprehensive and effective training materials including process documentation, end-to-end how-to documentation, quick reference guides, train-the-trainer materials, and videos to ensure easy and immediate access to content Coordinate and execute training delivery by partnering with the program team members and business subject matter experts Establish and maintain training standards and best practices, including consistent and standardized and branded formats Implement assessment tools and methodologies to measure the effectiveness of training programs Analyze training feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve and update training content Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that training outcomes align with organizational goals You Must Have: Experience: 8+ years of experience in training design and delivery, preferably with Oracle products Experience in developing and managing large-scale training programs Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle applications with experience development training and documentation for Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SCM) Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training effectiveness Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment We Would Prefer: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, or a related field Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Trainer, Oracle Certified Professional) is highly desirable Relevant training or instructional design certification is a plus (e.g., CPTM, ATD) Experience in the manufacturing industry Previous experience in project management or leading a team is an advantage About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
