Health insurance after 30 days of employmentCompany paid life insurance401(k) retirement plan with a company matchEducational reimbursementPaid vacations and holidaysProfit Sharing BonusPerfect Attendance BonusDelivery of MaterialsInsure the timely delivery of packaging and raw materials to maintain continuousoperation of equipment.Materials to be staged in the designated area around the appropriate machine inan orderly fashion.Load cartons and bags to insure supply of finished goods cartons.Preparation of any special materials that may require manual mixing.Packaging of Finished GoodsPackaging of finished product and building palletized loads to customerspecifications.Monitoring and operation of automated packaging equipment to insure properperformance.Applying appropriate labels of packaging slips for product identification.Removal of finished goods pallets to warehouse staging area.Handling of Operation ScrapLabeling and removal process generated scrap to appropriate area.Grinding of plastic components for the purpose of materials reuse.Shop floor Management ParticipationParticipate in daily team meeting.Contribute / implement ideas to improve operations performances.Other Duties as AssignedPerform miscellaneous projects and data collection tasks.Qualifications:Read, write and speak EnglishPast experience / proven abilityBe capable of using basic mathematics.Be trained in and understand safety and efficiently perform the operations in this job description.Perform those duties that it may; from time to time, be necessary to change or add to the Job.Perform other related duties as required.Abide by all plant rules and safety regulations in the performance of the duties specified here in.
