Scope of Work
Looking to enhance its recently deployed Business Automation system, built on Dynamics 365. This system serves all divisions including the Licensing division, processing license applications and renewals across 57 business categories. Additionally, the organization has a .NET-based Business Portal that connects to the Business Automation system. The Business Portal caters to outside New Yorkers, allowing them to conduct various transactions related to licensing, payments, document uploads, and complaints.
Business Automation system, deployed on Dynamics 365, has been operational for eight months. However, persistent challenges necessitate expert intervention. Our objectives are threefold: optimize system performance, address post-production issues, and enhance functionality. This includes catering to internal users within our Licensing division and seamless integrations with external agency systems. Additionally, we must address approximately 100+ items in the Parking Lot across all divisions. To achieve these goals, we require the expertise of Solution Architect Dynamics 365 with minimum eight (8) years of experience to drive system success and address critical business needs:Net Developer: Focuses on the web-based Business Portal.The selected candidate will join a technical team to assist in designing and implementing enhancements across critical systems. These systems include Business Automation, Business Portal, and integrations with AIMS (Asset and Inspection Management System) as well as external systems. The primary focus is to support the agency's license approval and renewal functionalities while addressing issues related to reference data for businesses, addresses, and contacts. The goal is to ensure seamless end-to-end workflow processes. To achieve these goals the agency requires the expertise of .Net Developer, contributing to specific areas:
.Net Developer:
Enhances the web-based Business Portal. Responsibilities encompass several critical areas: enhancing existing features and addressing items in the Parking Lot to ensure continuous improvement and user satisfaction, implementing robust security measures to safeguard user data, and optimizing portal performance for scalability. Close collaboration with the CRM Developer ensures seamless user experiences across both systems.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in .NET frameworks such as ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Xamarin.Advanced proficiency in C#, F#, or VB.NET. o Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.Strong skills in SQL Server, Oracle, or other database management systems.Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs for integrating applications with other systems.Expertise in developing and deploying custom plugins to extend functionality.Proficiency in designing and implementing workflows, business process flows, and automation within the system.Implementing robust security measures to safeguard user data and knowledge of compliance standards.Skills in optimizing portal performance for scalability and user satisfaction.
Minimum Experience:
Proven experience in developing, testing, and deploying web-based applications using .NET programming languages.Experience in enhancing existing features and addressing new features to ensure continuous improvement.Familiarity with designing software architecture and producing clean, scalable code.Experience in upgrading, configuring, and debugging existing systems.Familiarity with Business Automation systems and Business Portals.
Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Close collaboration with CRM Developers to ensure seamless user experiences across systems.
