We will give you the training and opportunities to unleash your ambition.• The CarBravo Sales Analyst role will be involved in a variety of areas both strategic and tactical.• This position will support the retail team with, a number, of key initiatives specifically focused on the CarBravo Certified Used Program and Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities• Be a specialist on the Used Vehicle Market including product, customer, and competition in the segment.• Coordinate and meet with internal groups focused on the Dealer and Customer Experience.• Manage integration into existing corporate interfaces/systems related to Dealer and Customer assistance, Chat, Recall/Field actions tracking and Brand compliance.• Perform data analytics related to dealer retail sales, profitability, identify trends, and audit Dealer Compliance• Build and maintain high trust relationships and networks of business contacts while acting with integrity and a respect for others and an ability to demonstrate teamwork.• Collaborate with other members on pre-owned team to improve the consumer and dealer experience across all touch points.• Identify, and pursue pre-owned best practices to share with field and dealers.• Will also need to effectively communicate tools, programs and information to both the field and Central Office leadership.
Qualifications/requirements• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• 4+ years in sales and customer service• Excellent oral and written communication skills that involves understanding the audience; getting the message across; presenting information effectively; and communicating openly.• Excellent time management skills - the ability to effectively and efficiently use your time to focus on the most impactful activities and challenge those that distract from the identified goal.• Automotive Experience in either field or retail operations or both - preferred.• Highly proficient in the use of Excel,
PowerBI , etc...• Excellent project management skills and the proven track record to manage multiple projects at any given time• Ability to deal with ambiguity and take charge to get things done• A consumer-centric, results-driven mentality
