ORBIS is seeking a Project Integrator for a client in the US Intelligence Community. The successful candidate will develop and execute quantitative and qualitative research and apply program management and change management skills to successfully complete projects. The candidate will have the opportunity to demonstrate intellectual agility by leading research design, data collection, and data analysis activities to produce and implement recommendations in support of the customer's strategic priorities. The project features the opportunity to interact with a wide range of key stakeholders, including those at senior levels. This is an exciting opportunity for an intellectually curious and energetic management consultant to work on a project which informs leadership decisions. Primary work locations are Chantilly/Reston/Herndon with only a few positions located at other sites (McLean, Tysons & Other).

Key Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities

Develop and implement research designs with practical strategies for conducting evaluations of policies, processes, programs, and training; research designs may include but are not limited to the use of structured interviews, surveys, and/or focus groupsDevelop and contribute to a wide variety of deliverables (e.g. briefings, data analyses, strategic approaches, dashboards, reports)Perform a variety of research activities to include document reviews, structured interviews, and focus group facilitation; involves stakeholder identification and design of interview and focus group guides and questions as well as logistical coordination for data collection activities and documentation of discussionsDesign surveys and conduct survey research; includes sample identification, instrument development, survey distribution, response analysis, dashboard development and recommendationsAnalyze both qualitative and quantitative information to provide the customer with comprehensive insights into organizational strengths and challenge areasPrepare reports and presentations for senior leadership based on research plans, activities, findings and recommendationsBrief Senior-level customers on research plans, status of activities, findings, and recommendations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education and Experience

A Bachelor's degree is required for this positionMinimum of 5 years' experience in a consulting role in the ICPMP Certification desired but not required

Required Skills/Abilities

U.S. CitizenshipTS/SCI clearance with polygraphDemonstrated experience documenting technical network infrastructure.Demonstrated experience documenting operational tradecraft.Demonstrated experience creating and executing communication plans targeted to both expert and lay audiences.Demonstrated experience with creating and producing unique visual presentations, charts, videos, or other materials for executives.

Desired Skills/Abilities

Proficiency with developing surveys in formal systems such as QualtricsKnowledge with advanced statistical concepts such as regression, multivariate analysis, and Bayesian statistical analysis techniques and statistical programs such as SPSS, Python and/or RFamiliar with Tableau, SQL, and Word PressDemonstrated experience collaborating with Sponsor's partners.Demonstrated experience on projects on complex digital networks for accessing the internet with appropriate safeguards and security measures.Demonstrated experience working with Foreign Liaison partners.Demonstrated experience performing research into commercial communications market data.Demonstrated experience with multiple platforms (e-mail, online chat tools, etc).Demonstrated experience researching technical data sources to present decision makers a summarized and pictorial conclusion about communications technologies.Demonstrated experience working in a technical capacity within a multi-disciplinary team of technical and non-technical officers to include developing and implementing of technical solutions or capabilities.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings.Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region.
