Your primary responsibilities will involve modernizing our legacy applications, devising realistic and achievable solutions to intricate business problems, and leveraging your TOGAF certification to guide the implementation of Enterprise Architecture principles across the organization.

Responsibilities:• Develop and implement comprehensive automation strategies as a Principal Enterprise Architect, aligning with business goals and technical capabilities.• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of TOGAF to design and create architectural frameworks for automation initiatives.• Provide industry, technology and market expertise and thought leadership to support and guide business decisions around strategic investments for the assigned product family• Decompose complex business strategies into initiatives relatable to each product family and product capabilities, to enable efficient architecture road mapping and solutions• Work across organizational silos to resolve dependencies and accelerate product architecture and solution decisions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.• Apply your expertise in EA principles to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into existing systems and workflows.• Lead the evaluation and selection of emerging automation technologies, including RPA and AI/Client, based on business requirements.• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.• Define governance and security practices for automation initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions, making continuous improvements as necessary.• Share your knowledge and insights on automation and EA principles across the organization to foster innovation and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.• 10+ years of professional experience with primary focus on enterprise architecture• 3+ years of architectural experience in healthcare, primarily in the Payer and Provider space, of creating capability, project and program level architecture solutions and implementation roadmaps including transition states• Certified or proven knowledge in TOGAF or related EA frameworks.• Proven track record of applying EA principles to real-world scenarios and driving successful automation initiatives.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Previous experience in mentoring or leading technical teams.• Familiarity with security and compliance considerations related to automation solutions.• Extensive knowledge of automation technologies, RPA, AI/Client, cloud computing, microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.• Working knowledge and experience in any or all of the following business and technology areas: data management, data streaming technologies, event-based architecture, NoSQL and NewSQL technologies, APIs, SOA, rules engines/BPMs, data architecture and governance.

Preferred Skills:• Previous involvement in large-scale organizations implementing automation strategies.• Proficiency in RPA and AI/Client technologies.• Domain Driven Design experience• Ability to work on multiple large-scale technology initiatives concurrently• Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation• Excellent analytical and collaboration skills and techniques to create innovative market leading solutions• Excellent time management, communication, decision making and presentation skills• Global team experience

Base salary range- 130K/Annum - 150K/Annum
