Backend:

Open to considering 1-2 candidates with stronger React skills, even if their backend skills are slightly less experienced. Experience:

5-8+ years of professional development experience required. Job Description:

Core Java Expertise:

Demonstrated proficiency in Core Java development and design techniques. Full-Stack Development:

Backend: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring framework and microservices architecture. Frontend: Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.

Agile Development:

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in at least one common framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). DevOps Practices:

Understanding of and experience with CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, application resiliency, and security. Programming Languages:

Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages. Software Engineering Skills:

Working knowledge of various software engineering disciplines, including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement. Problem-Solving:

A strong analytical mindset and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
