About the Role:

As our Senior IT Manager, you will work alongside our CTO and Engineering organization to build the IT infrastructure that enables our team to achieve Perpay's mission to create inclusive financial products that improve the lives of our members. You will play a crucial role in overseeing both our technology infrastructure and procurement processes, with a strong focus on keeping our devices and systems reliable, secure, and easy to use.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless management of hardware, software, and networking systemsDevelop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and security across the organizationWork closely with teams in Engineering to identify and address both internal and customer-facing IT and information security needs, driving continuous improvementProvide prompt and effective technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficientlyPlan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptionInstall, configure, and update software applications and operating systems as required to maintain optimal performanceMonitor system performance and security, implementing measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides for referenceEvaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance security, efficiency, and productivity within the organizationManage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts for IT products and services to secure the best terms and valueKeep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, making strategic recommendations to drive innovation and improvementFoster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the teamWhat You'll Bring:5+ years of experience

in IT management roles, preferably at a startup or cloud-native companyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferredExpertise in MacOS, MDM, IDP, SSO, VPNs, and endpoint securityExperience with Google Workspaces, Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and SlackProficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, and ConfluenceDemonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and drive resultsFamiliarity with procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier relationship managementHey, we know not everybody checks all the boxes, so if you're interested, please apply because you could be just what we're looking for!
