JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Objective
The Oracle Fusion ERP Report Developer will collaborate with the business to design key operational and analytical reports. The individual will communicate with various internal stakeholders and leaders, aiding in the application of insights to business processes using reports.
Position Duties and Scope:
Design standard and ad hoc reports to support management operational needs as well as analytical needs.Design reports using different methodologies. (BI, OTBI, BICC, FRS)Communicates analytic reporting solutions to stakeholders and implements improvements as needed to operational systems.Participate in cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements and recommend solutions.Analyze requirements and envision appropriate solutions, with supplemental design documents.Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the departmentAccurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reportsCreate business reports that provide insight into key data pointsCommunicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managersSupport various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysisMonitor data to identify changes in financial and business trendsQualifications & Experience:
Hold at minimum a bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Electrical Engineering, MIS, or a related technical discipline.5+ years of experience using business analytics and reporting.5 years' experience reporting within Oracle Fusion Cloud, utilizing Oracle BI, OTBI, BICC, and/or FRS.Desired: Knowledge of Oracle EPM products/processes (FCCS, ARCS, EDM, etc.)Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.This is a remote position.
