JOB SUMMARY:We are on the hunt for a skilled Informatica Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain ETL processes within our team, focusing on loading data from varied API sources into our Oracle Data Warehouse. The role demands a blend of expertise in Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud, Oracle databases, and API integrations, aiming to ensure data consistency, performance optimization, and support various data processing requirements. A successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, contribute to strategic data projects, and foster a culture of analytics and data-driven decision-making within our organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the design and implementation of ETL processes using Informatica for data extraction from APIs to Oracle Data Warehouse.Extract, transform, and load data across different API sources into Oracle, applying business rules for data cleaning and aggregation.Utilize Python or .NET scripts to automate and support custom data processes, enhancing API interactions.Ensure data pipelines' high performance and accuracy, optimizing ETL processes and conducting thorough testing.Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, maintaining documentation and supporting the data architecture and analysis needs.Prior experience in the healthcare industry is recommended but not mandatory for this role.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud for ETL development.Strong experience with Oracle databases and query optimization.Solid understanding and experience with API integrations, particularly REST and SOAP.
