Role Overview
Join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing the financial landscape for low-income households. As an Implementation Project Manager, you'll own customer implementations of our game-changing products, driving tangible social impact by deploying our software for those who need it most.
This role demands high ownership, a customer-driven mindset, and a commitment to working hard to ensure customer project success. What You'll DoLead end-to-end project management, coordinating efforts across diverse teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of innovative FinTech solutions.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure project alignment and success.Develop and implement project plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging your strategic consulting background to drive impactful outcomes.Utilize analytical skills to monitor project performance, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.What Will Enable You
5 years of experience in managing implementation projects, ideally in a customer-facing role.Experience in management consulting for diverse customer archetypes and organizational cultures, with the ability to adapt seamlessly to their specific needs.Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and productivity tools (e.g., JIRA), as well as experience creating effective tracking systems from scratch.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.A proactive, low-ego approach to problem-solving and a willingness to tackle tasks of any size to ensure project success.Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to drive customer outcomes.
