Ops & Sales Engineering
is a global team with a presence in London, Bengaluru, and Dallas. We are responsible for the technical design and development of systems that enable client servicing, with an emphasis on automation and workflow-driven case management.Who We Look ForAs a senior engineer, you will be expected to drive the design of critical components and shape our strategic vision for Client Servicing. You will have the opportunity to understand our product roadmap and closely collaborate with product owners, operations users, and core engineers in the team.Our flat structure requires and enables team members to evolve through the entire spectrum of the software life-cycle and closely collaborate with product owners, business and operations users.We are looking for someone with lots of energy that has excellent communication skills, enjoys engineering challenges, has a passion to deliver high-quality technology products, and is able to operate in a highly fluid, rapidly changing environment.HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIALDevelop full stack applications with due consideration to security, design, validation and SDLC frameworkContribute to shaping the strategic vision of our new client servicing platformsCollaborate with product managers, business operations, engineers to define product requirements and objectivesParticipate in system design consulting, platform managementManage multiple tasks and use sound judgment when prioritizingUpdate and maintain documentation for team processes, best practices and runbooksMust be passionate about technology and engineeringExceptional analytical skills and ability to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making to arrive at creative and commercial solutions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 7 years of relevant professional experience using ServiceNowCSM Implementation specialist.Solution design and architecture leveraging Best practices and OOTB capabilities.Integrations capabilities- Mid Server, OAuth, Rest, Third party systemsFlow designer, Workspaces - Agent/ConfigurableProven ability to deliver complex products with multiple stakeholdersPrior experience with working on high availability, mission critical systemsProven to work independently in a fast paced and often multi-direction work environmentTeam oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with development and design of distributed systemsExperience in financial services specifically corporate cash management desirableExperience with AWS services - Amazon MSK/Apache kafka, ECS, S3, IAM, AWS XRay
