The Hospital Laboratory Services Manager
will join a 20+ bed, rural health hospital which is known for it's commitment to high quality patient care. This hospital is well-established and is a key health resource in its community.
The Hospital Laboratory Services Manager
will report to the Hospital Laboratory Director and will help lead an amazing team of tenured Lab Managers, Supervisors and Medical Technologists. The
Manager of Laboratory Services
will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for the department.
The ASCP Certified Laboratory Manager
will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and innovative changes to this busy department. The Lab Manager will oversee a tenured group of Medical Technologists and be supported by a laboratory supervisor.
The Laboratory Manager will provide expert guidance to all faculty in regards to lab safety and compliance. The Manager of Laboratory Services will be responsible for creating an environment that puts high quality patient care at the forefront of their mission. The Manager of Laboratory will inspire a culture of respect, diligence and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain more experience running a reputable department by overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing policy changes and monitoring the department’s budget.
