Job Description
As a project manager , you will play a vital role in planning,executing,and over seeing projects to ensure they are completed successfully and on time. You will be responsible for leading project teams, setting objectives, and managing resources to achieve project goals. This role involve working closely with cross functional teams and stsakeholders to deliver high quality solutions.
Qualifications8-12 years of experience in kronos wfc and wfd implementing, and managing Workforce Management systems for customers across different industriesMust have experience in Implementing and Supporting Kronos
WFC
( WorkForce Central) And
WFD
(Workforce Dimensions) application across Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance,Forecasting,Dell Boomi and Accruals.Expertise in configuring Pay policies, Functional features, Mobile Enablement, Setup Profiles, Clock management and application AdministrationAt least should have hands on with five end to end Kronos Cloud implementation experience for WFC and WFD product.Knowledge and experience in Interface development with HR & Payroll systems using
WIM
/ Dell Boomi, building Reports and Analytics ViewsWFC to WFD Migration experience (must)Should be able to work with Business stakeholders to define the User requirements, able to design, troubleshoot issues with WFDCertification in Kronos

Lead and motivateproject teams, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities and facilitating effective collaboration.Communication:
Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.Quality Assurance:
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.Problem Solving:
