Job Description:We seek an experienced Dynamics 365 CE CRM Architect to join our team. As a CRM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and high-performing solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in defining the architecture, and integration strategies, and ensuring the delivery of successful CRM projects.

Key Responsibilities:Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, with a focus on Sales and Service modules.Lead architectural design, configuration, and customization efforts in Dynamics 365 CE.Provide technical expertise and best practices for system integration and data migration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Respond to RFPs and RFQs by creating solution proposals that demonstrate the art of the possible.Lead technical workshops to translate business requirements into architecture and development solutions.Build and present proof of concepts (PoCs) to showcase proposed solutions to clients.Be responsible for ensuring the technical success of Dynamics 365 CE projects, from pre-sales through delivery.Contribute to the development of scalable solutions aligned with the product roadmap.Stay up-to-date with the latest features of the Dynamics 365 platform, including Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, and Customer Voice.Technical Skills:

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Service)Dynamics 365 in Online and On-Premises environmentsC#, .NET, JavaScriptMS SQL, CRM SDK, MSD Developer ToolkitSSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)Integration architecture, including REST, OData, WebAPI, Middleware Tools, and SSIS packagesAzure components for integration (ADF, Azure Service Bus, Azure Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Lake, etc.)Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOpsPower Apps and Power Automate for system integrationsData migration, analysis, mappings, and harmonization using both OOB and third-party toolsReporting architecture, including SSRS and Power BIQualifications:

10-12 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE CRMStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to think independently and be solution-drivenExperience with CRM instance management and cloud servicesKnowledge of the latest features and capabilities in the Dynamics 365 platformFamiliarity with agile methodologies
