SalesForce Architect Tampa, FL Hybrid 6 month c2h Required Experience: 7 years implementing and configuring SFDC for 200 users 4 years of training SFDC admins and managing projects 4 years managing and implementing Salesforce CPQ 4 years managing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Experience with Conga CPQ and Conga Composer Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proven experience working as a Salesforce Architect, preferably serving as a technical lead in Salesforce implementations or large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities such as Flows, Account Engagement, Salesforce Maps, Salesforce CPQ, Lightning Platform, etc. Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data modeling, and security considerations. Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools like Process Builder and Flow. Solid understanding of development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc.) and experience in providing technical leadership in an Agile development environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect are highly preferred. Master Microsoft Office Suite.
