Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect
Location: Tampa FL (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are required.- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.- Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.- Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce development best practices.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.- Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are required.- Experience with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or E-commerce is a plus.
