Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Salesforce System Administrator

to maintain Salesforce Orgs within Salesforce GovCloud. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining existing applications and onboarding new applications and users. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance, security, and usability of Salesforce systems.

Responsibilities

System Maintenance:

Oversee the daily maintenance and administration of Salesforce orgs in Salesforce GovCloud.

Application Management:

Manage and maintain existing Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet organizational needs and compliance requirements.

Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding of new applications and users, including setup, configuration, and training.

Security Management:

Ensure the security of Salesforce environments by managing user roles, permissions, and data access.

Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide support to users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance system performance.

Integration Management:

Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement best practices to optimize Salesforce usage.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, with specific experience in Salesforce GovCloud.

Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and system customization.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.

Experience working in a government environment and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $66,400 - $91,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
