Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 10-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in EComm domain, Agile methodologies, story creation, and PI events. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Agile Methodologies:- Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks.- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and continuous delivery of value.
2. Story Creation:- Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories.- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.- Ensure that stories are well-defined and ready for development teams.
3. Program Increment (PI) Events:- Knowledgeable in PI planning and execution.- Participate in PI planning sessions to ensure alignment of business goals and technical capabilities.- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlogs.
4. Business Process Analysis:- Good exposure in EComm domain.- Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement.- Propose solutions and optimizations to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and requirements.
5. Stakeholder Management:- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and expectations.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
6. Technical Skills and Tools:- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
7. Communication Skills:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
8. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data.- Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
