Summary of the position:

The SAP FICO Lead Analyst is responsible for managing the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to ensure seamless integration and operation within the organization's financial systems. This role involves leading SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, along with providing expert-level support, configuration, and maintenance. The SAP FICO Lead Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to drive continuous improvement and ensure the efficient use of SAP functionalities.

Duties and responsibilities:

SAP FICO Management:Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementation, configuration, and support.Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and patches in the SAP FICO module.Ensure the SAP FICO module aligns with the organization's business processes and financial strategies.System Integration and Configuration:

Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and HR, ensuring a seamless end-to-end process flow.Maintain and optimize SAP FICO customizations to support the organization's financial operations.Business Process Improvement:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.Develop and implement best practices for financial operations and reporting within SAP FICO.Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP enhancements.Project Leadership:

Lead SAP FICO projects, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery.Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely project completion.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.Support and Training:

Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues.Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.Ensure proper documentation of SAP FICO processes, configurations, and changes.Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.Generate accurate and timely financial reports using SAP FICO tools and capabilities.Maintain data integrity and consistency across financial systems.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.SAP FICO certification is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP FICO, including full life-cycle implementations.Proven experience in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and integration.Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting standards.Experience leading SAP projects and cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsPreferred Skills

Experience with S/4HANA Finance.Knowledge of SAP integration with other ERP modules (e.g., MM, SD).Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, IFRS).Strong leadership and project management skills.Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural team environment.Key Behaviors
