Windows Server and Windows 10 System Administration Tier III

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide Windows System Administration on the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) network supporting a US Government Customer in San Diego, CA. The selected candidate will work as the primary System Administrator creating, assigning, managing and troubleshooting AWS Virtual Machines in support of the RDT&E Network Operations Center. Primarily focused on Windows 10 systems, these candidates will provide Tier 1 and 2 support to customers employing these AWS systems within the operations center. They are responsible for maintaining all of these systems in a high state of readiness, keeping applications updated, and security configurations current and validated via scans performed by internal and or external parties.Specific job duties include:Windows Server Active Directory managementWindows 10 desktop and VM system administrationAWS Workspace managementImplement STIG requirements and maintain STIG checklistsStage and manage AWS virtual machines, scanning, configuring, and any additional ancillary technical support requirementsTroubleshoot and remediate vulnerabilities and non-compliance as necessary.Act as the focal point for user account, network permissions and access requests.Windows 10 system administrationExperience maintaining hosts to DISA standards and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans and documenting variances from the guidelines when neededWhy Work For ISS?At ISS we pride ourselves on providing an employee-focused and family first environment.
