Senior Oracle BI Developer
This position is responsible for creating and deploying various Oracle reports and dashboards, working with stakeholders to translate specifications into comprehensive designs. It involves requirements analysis, data mapping, report development, and strategic planning, while also performing high-level data analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance systems.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust OBIEE reports and dashboards.
Design, build, and test Oracle reporting solutions. Including complex OTBI dashboards, BI publisher reports (from a data model and visual / RTF layout perspective).
Analyze existing Oracle reports and optimize usability.
Manage OTBI / BI Publisher catalog
Document technical designs, processes, and specifications for internal and compliance purposes.
Develop Oracle PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions as needed.
Provide training and support to the people analytics team on OBIEE tools.
Required Experience
5 years of experience developing BI Publisher reports in Oracle Fusion HCM.
5 years of experience developing dashboards in OBIEE / OTBI or OAC.
5 years working with logical and physical data models using various HRIS data sources.
Advanced SQL knowledge.
Experience in scrum management framework.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail and process oriented.
Working with compliance controls (Sox) is a plus.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is $99,700 - $185,000.. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
