Design and develop complex database architectures to support high-performance and scalable applicationsCreate logical and physical data models and implement database structuresDevelop and modify database schemas based on application requirementsMonitor and analyze database performance. Implement performance tuning strategies to optimize query execution, indexing, and overall system efficiencyImplement and manage data integration solutions to combine data from various sourcesUtilize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and techniques to ensure seamless data flow and consistencyImplement and manage security measures to protect databases from unauthorized access and threatsDevelop and manage comprehensive backup and recovery strategiesDevelop and implement scripts and automation tools to streamline database management tasksPlan and implement strategies to manage database capacity, ensuring scalability to meet evolving business needsEnsure that database management practices comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsRequirements:
Ten (10) years experience as a DBE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of DBE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.Experience in Information Assurance: DoD 8570.01-M compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II is required.Compensation & Benefits:
