Purpose
The recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards and employee referrals.
Functions
Utilize job boards, applicant tracking system and other resources to proactively source exempt and non-exempt rolesPartner with assigned hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives while providing superior client serviceScreen and interview applicants to ensure they meet requirements of open roles and have an in-depth understanding of associated duties and responsibilitiesSchedule interviews with qualified candidates and support hiring managers/candidates through the application processEnsure all required documentation/data is recorded in the applicant tracking system in a timely, accurate mannerManage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring timelinesAssist with administering recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to deliver an efficient, effective process and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiencesOther duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Associate degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field, plus three to five years' experience as Recruiter required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be consideredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while providing an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidatesStrong candidate generation skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systemsMust be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skillsPrior experience working in a remote environment is preferredWorking Conditions
This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at nightOccasional exposure to airborne dust in the work placeWork surface is stable (flat)Physical Activity/Requirements
