Visit arcfield.com for more details.Responsibilities:The Sponsor conducts technical analysis and provides guidance on projects from all disciplines to include assessments and consultations with various stakeholders and government entities. The Sponsor maintains technical project knowledge of all geographic areas and provides evaluations with regional project leads upon request. The Sponsor leverages technical knowledge combined with subject matter expertise to conduct these activities in support of its corporate office and stakeholders. The position consists of, but is not limited to the following:
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and develop CONOPS by engaging with partners to understand and anticipate changing needs and requirementsAssess emerging technologies and perform technical trade studies/analysesFinesse large amount of data into manageable interfacesCommunicate effectively across the Sponsor's organizationDevelop data models, diagrams, flow charts, and other system engineering related documentation to solve problems, identify improvements, create standards, and facilitate cross-organizational collaborationLeverage multiple data management tools such as link analysis to organize relevant information and to make decisionsApply an agile approach to software development consistent with the Sponsor's project management and software development frameworks with a focus of demonstrating and delivering releasable software.Create dashboards and other interactive methods for uses to interact with dataPerform data analysis, including descriptive statistics on datasetsProvide Operational and Maintenance (O&M) and content management support for Sponsor's internal risk management frameworkAs needed, perform tasks such as DTO, SOPs, and supporting accreditationAll personnel coming into the organization undergo an additional security review that can take anywhere from 7 business days to 30+ days.
Qualifications:Required qualifications:Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraphBachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field with 3-4 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience analyzing structure and unstructured data, ETL pipelines, and how they relate to data flowsDemonstrated experience with graph database technologies. Neo4j experience preferredDemonstrated experience with Cloud infrastructure within a high secure environmentExpertise with databases and data warehouse technologies such as SQL DBs, NSQL DBs, and other storage options such as Hadoop SeDemonstrated experience developing and implementing logical workflows for complex decision matricesDemonstrated experience with time management and working on multiple initiativesDemonstrated experience evaluating and developing strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in cross-organizational environmentDemonstrated experience with Agile frameworksDemonstrated experience processing and integrating large data amounts of information in an organized and comprehensible mannerDemonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements from user stories and engagementDemonstrated experience in full-stack development and/or programming in one or more languages. Java, Python, JavaScript, or Cypher Query language experience preferredDesired qualifications:Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's regulations governing, or related to, the management of sub-compartmented dissemination programs.Demonstrated experience completing various forms of communications for executive, technical, and mission audiences5-6 years of relevant experienceEEO Statement:
