DevOps Technical Support Engineer

This is a full time role with PNC Bank. 100% remote. USC/GC. Required Skills: Ansible automation 4 - 6 Years CI/CD Tools Knowledge like Jenkins and BitBucket 4 - 6 Years experience in an Incident Management and Change management environment 4 - 6 Years Linux Administration 4 - 6 Years OpenShift/Kubernetes 4 - 6 Years Describe the required must have technical skills, tools, or experience: REQUIREMENTS: -OpenShift/Kubernetes -CI/CD Tools Knowledge like Jenkins and BitBucket -Linux administration - Ansible automation -Incident Management -Change Management Day to Day Responsibilities: -Support critical applications and ensure the stability of services by performing dedicated maintenance activities -Engage in automation activities - perform root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation -Knowledge of production support process including incident/change/problem management, call triaging, and critical issue resolution procedures -Work on Jira backlog when Prod Incidents and change work CKA Certified Kubernetes Administrator is a plus 5 years of related work experience regardless of educational background Bachelor's degree preferred, not required (software engineering, computer science, and/or related field)
