Capabilities:Lead a team to design, develop, and test application software to fulfill unique requirements on Windows, Unix, or other specifiedplatforms.Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions that facilitate communication between different software applications and systemsImplement and manage integrations between various systems and applicationsDevelop and maintain APIs and services that enable seamless data exchange and interoperabilityCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements for middleware solutionsTranslate business needs into functional specifications and technical designsWrite, test, and deploy code using programming languages and technologies relevant to middleware development, including Java, Python, and other toolsMonitor and analyze the performance of middleware componentsUtilize version control systems such as Git to manage code changes and collaborate with team membersImplement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deploymentsQualifications:
Minimum eight (8) years experience programming with object-oriented programming languages.Minimum six (6) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum four (4) years experience developing Unixapplications using make files or comparable build environment.Experience developing complex programs using C, C#, C++, Java, or other comparable languages.Minimum four (4) years leading projects that develop complex software, ensuring a collaborative environment, and configuration management.Experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy).Compensation & Benefits:
