Our Slalom Los Angeles office is looking for a Senior Data Architect at a Senior Consultant or Principal level, based on candidate's experience. This role is a technical team member who designs and develops data platform solutions. It uses common data architecture practices to architect, design, and develop data/analytic platforms (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes) that are used to produce analytic products, like reports, dashboards, ML models, etc.

Experience in one or more cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake)Experience in data modeling, design, and development using complex SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)Experience in Apache Airflow, Talend, SSIS, Informatica, Alteryx, or other data processing toolExperience in one or more programming languages (Python, C#, Scala, R, PowerShell, Java, etc.)Experience in cloud engineering, serverless architecture, and/or data streaming services

Compensation and Benefits
Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. We also offer additional benefits such as a yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being related expenses as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance.
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $120,000 to $186,000 for Senior Consultant and $133,000 to $206,000 for Principal. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
